How do I register?

  • To register you can contact the Customer Service Team by Phone: +65 6508 2401 Fax: +65 6508 2407 or E-mail: register@ibcasia.com.sg. Online Registration is also available when you click on online registration

  • Once we have received your registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

How do I pay?
  • You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or you can be invoiced.
What is included in the overall cost for each conference?
  • The price includes morning coffee, lunch and any social events that may be taking place after the conference.

  • The price will not include the hotel accommodation.

  • A copy of the invoice will be posted to you within 48 hours of registering

What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
  • Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days before the start of the event, to receive a refund less 10% processing fee per registration. The company regrets that no refund will be made available for cancellation notifications received less than 10 business days before the event.

AT THE EVENT

What happens when I get to the Conference?

  • Arrival:
    When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.

  • Refreshments:
    Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday (please see details on agenda) and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.

  • Documentation:
    All presentations are now made available onto a secure website with all late submissions loaded onto the website within two weeks after the conference. Login information and passwords will be provided to you upon registration.

  • Dress Code:
    Business attire is required throughout the conference.

What should I do if I am speaking at the event?

  • We require the following from speakers: Your Presentation (PowerPoint or Word format), Audio Visual requirements. These must be sent to IBC Asia within a minimum of four weeks before each event.

  • Presentations can be sent via email, postal delivery or courier

  • All presentations should last approximately 30 minutes, approximately 10 minutes for special issue panelists. (there are exception for some pre-arranged exceptions)

  • You will receive a confirmation letter from the conference manager and speaker’s pack that will assist you in planning your attendance as well as other technical details needed.

  • If assistance is required for accommodation please contact your conference manager.

What should I do if I want to join the speaker panel?
  • Please contact the conference manager for assistance.

AT THE EVENT

What happens when I get to the Conference?

    When you arrive at the conference please go to the reception desk and inform the members of staff there that you are a speaker/panellist. Staff will be on hand to assist your registration as well as any specific seating requirements for the Opening ceremony. You should be able to collect your badge and documentation pack here. Please note that badges must be worn at all times.

  • Refreshments:
    Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday (as per program timing) and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.

  • Documentation:
    All presentations are now made available at a secure website with all presentations that miss the submission deadline made available on the same website within two weeks after the conference. We hope that all speakers will have their presentation materials made available before the event for the convenience of delegates and fellow speakers and participants.

  • Chairman Guide (only for selected and invited conference chairmen and moderators):
    There will be an information pack available from the conference director which will be handed out ideally during the speaker’s dinner and reception or at least 30 minutes before the presentation/session starts.

  • Dress Code:
    Business attire is required throughout the conference.
